Registration for 4NWCN is now closed.
Registration for the 4NWCN includes participation, abstract booklet and tote bag, icebreaker, conference dinner, and refreshments during the meeting.
Group transport from Ålesund to Geiranger: ca. 16:30-18:30 on 3 June, and excursion and group transport: ca. 12:30-19:15 on 6 June incurs an additional fee unless you are an Early-Career Researcher (ECR) or current student. Participation in the group transport and excursion is free for ECRs (PhD awarded on or after 2011) and current students, thanks to our sponsors.
Note that other travel, and accommodation is to be booked and covered by participants themselves.
Registration fee to be paid before 23 March: NOK 1100.- (incl. 25 % VAT)
Transport and excursion costs to be paid before 23 March: NOK 550.- (both 3 and 6 June), NOK 85.- (3 June only), NOK 465.- (6 June only) (incl. VAT).

Cancellation: In case you need to cancel your registration, please contact us (4NWCN@uib.no) no later than 4 May 2018, in order to have 75% of your registration fee and any group transport costs refunded. No refund is possible after 4 May.
