Note there is no need to print the booklet yourself – you will receive a printed copy at registration.
If you are joining the transport to/from the airport remember to let us know your flight details, we don’t want to leave anyone behind – see the email sent out to all registered participants for more information about arrival in Ålesund and the coach transport. We aim to depart the airport as soon as possible after 16:05. Send flight numbers/times to: 4NWCN@uib.no
Poster presenters, please remember you will have the opportunity to give a 1 minute ‘flash-presentation’ to advertise your poster before the lunch-break on Monday. If you want to use a slide for this (maximum 1 slide, .ppt preferred), please send to Thomas Thuesen before 9:00 am on Monday 4 June.
