Oral presentations (non-keynote): 20 minutes (with additional 5 minutes for questions).
- Will take place in Geirangersalen, Hotel Union.
- Talks will be run from a PC. Bring your presentation on a data-stick, and upload before the start of your session.
- Screen format at the venue can accommodate both 16:9 and 4:3 slide dimensions.
- Presentations should be saved as either .pptx or .pdf format.
Please contact the Organising Committee in advance if you have additional audio-visual requirements. It will be possible to connect your own laptop if necessary.
Poster presentations: A0 portrait preferred due to space constraints.
Posters should be displayed in Geirangersalen throughout the workshop. You will be able to put up your poster on Monday morning.
We have allocated time so that all poster presenters may additionally give a 1-minute ‘flash-speech’ to highlight their poster on Monday 4 June.
A 1-minute / 1-slide rule will be strictly enforced!
